Kelley Auctions is very excited to work with our local Council on Aging groups to provide assistance to their members planning a move or downsizing.
We help Council on Aging members get their homes ready for sale by assisting with clean out. We will meet with you, look at the items in your home, work with you to sell the items you no longer need at auction and send in our crew to remove them when you are ready. The item then goes up for sale both on our auctionzip.com website as well as at our live auction held every Wednesday in Holbrook. The sale of your items (less the cost of removal) can result in a check to you within 2 weeks of the sale of your final item.
Ask us about our house clean out service, with complete removal and disposal of the items you no longer need.
